Hi, I'm Mira and a warm welcome to my counselling practice. I have always been naturally caring and supportive person. I'm qualified integrative counsellor and member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). This means that I use a diverse range of therapeutic models and approaches, which helps me to tailor to your unique needs. First and foremost, I use a person-centred approach to create a safe client-led environment. I believe that everyone should be seen and heard.
Life brings many challenges, and it is understandable that at times you might look for support in facing them. As a counsellor my role is to provide space and guidance to help you on your journey of self-discovery; to enable you to examine your life and make new, meaningful choices within it.
Together, we'll work on understanding your concerns and developing strategies to improve your mental health and overall well-being. Whether you have a clear idea of what's troubling you or you're unsure, I'm here to support you on your journey of self-discovery and positive change.
Counselling isn't always an easy process to begin with as talking about your thoughts and feelings can feel difficult, but I will make you feel as comfortable as possible in a safe space that is free of judgement.
Counselling can really help you gain a better understanding of yourself and what is troubling you. By having personal, professional support, you can gain perspective within your life which will help you to make necessary change, aspiring towards a happier you.

My practice is based in Farnborough. Abbey House is 5 minutes walk from Farnborough main station.
There are plenty of parking spaces on-site. A comfortable spacious lounge on the ground floor reception area awaits you, where you can help yourself for a free hot or cold drinks. There is a spacious lift up to the 3rd floor where we have a quiet relaxing space to sit with each other.
Counselling sessions for individuals last 50 minutes, usually taking place on a weekly basis, and cost £60 per session. Payment is due before session or up to 24 hours afterwards. Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer only.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Counselling is a weekly commitment; your agreed session time is held for you and will not be offered to anyone else. All sessions once scheduled are agreed to be paid in full I.e 100% within 24 hours following the session. If you are unable to attend a session, please inform me on 07929 986320 as soon as possible.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
